The future is being decided now

Who is speaking for the living world

We think that voice can be discovered here. In nature, titles and positions fall away, and what’s left is what we share: the same air, water, and land. Go Wayfinding gathers technologists, researchers, and local community members outdoors to look and listen, restore our connection, and reimagine what comes next.

What we do

Go Wayfinding hosts small gatherings in Sonoma County’s Russian River watershed. We bring together people who build technology and people who live with its effects. We meet outdoors, away from screens, offices, and boardrooms, to learn together.

Why gather in nature

Public conversation about AI and technology is polarized. The promises, concerns, and headlines often contradict one another, and screen-based debate widens the split. People listen differently when they walk a trail, share a meal, or float down a river. We introduce those settings on purpose so that people can get to know each other naturally.

Why Sonoma County

Sonoma County is the ancestral land of the Pomo, Coast Miwok, and Wappo peoples, whose stewardship shapes how we gather here. Sonoma County sits north of San Francisco and Silicon Valley. It has redwoods, a river, and a coastline, plus a local university, a JC, and a long history of innovation.
